Joe came from a neglect case where he was tied up outside with little attention- he came to us skinny, fly bitten and scared. Joe is a young boxer mix and once he is comfortable he acts like your typical playful pup who loves to romp and play with toys. He can be timid in new situations simply because of his background of neglect so he will need a little patience. Joe gets along great with other dogs and would actually do better in a home with another dog. He is working on his kennel training and manners and doing pretty well. Please come meet Joe and show him how good life can be!
