Jock ADOPTED:)

Jock's family was flooded. They have to move and could not find a place that accepts animals. They are very heartbroken about having to give him up. He is up-to-date on shots and neutered. Jock is now living in a volunteer home.

Jock is about 12-years-old. His original owner died so the owner's son took him in. Now that son is flooded and is the one that has to move. He said Jock is a really great dog. He loves to follow you around and be where you are. When you walk across the room, he is right on your heels! Jock is good with other dogs and with cats. Due to his age, would be best of he was with a family that had older children or young ones that can treat a dog kindly. I am just afraid a young child might accidently hurt him if they are kids that are more on the wild side.Jock is housetrained but he does need to go out more frequently than a younger dog. So he will need someone that is around a lot and can be there with him most the day. He is a super friendly little guy and would love a home to spend the rest of his life in.

WE ARE NOT A SHELTER. We only adopt to indoor homes. To see an animal, you must fill out an application first. If you have questions or want to request an application, please send an email to the email address listed. All animals see a vet for shots and normal exams. If they appear healthy and there are no obvious health concerns, then extensive testing is not done. This is normal procedure for pet rescues.
