Jett

Welcome Jett to CCPAL Rescue. Jet is a 1-year-old Airedale/Irish Terrier Mix dog. He weighs about 70 pounds and has the scruffy terrier coat. He is not a big shedder and is very friendly. Jett had an elderly man owner. His owner is now in hospice so CCPAL was asked to step up for his 3 dogs. His owner is not doing well and the only option is for all 3 of these dogs to find a new forever home. They are well behaved and have some commands under their belt. Jett knows sit and is decent on a leash. We do think he is potty trained as he doesn’t go in his kennel. He is very attentive and naturally bonds well with men. He wants to do what you ask and can be an only or go with other dogs. He has lived in a home with a large female and another male taller than himself. He would be a great companion for someone wanting a active companion that is less of a shedding dog. He is currently in Texas at the CCPAL. He can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200.
