Jazz is a three-year-old purebred Doberman with natural ears and a full tail. He is super-high energy, very athletic and strong with plenty of stamina. He tends to be dominant with other dogs and he is wary of people he does not know. He is an excellent watchdog. With people he does know he is friendly and very playful. Jazz is not a dog for everyone: he needs a patient, yet active, experienced owner who can give him lots of exercise and training. A 5 mile jog would be a good start to this dog's every day. Agility training, fly ball or some other activity to keep his mind busy would be perfect. Left to his own devices in a 'big back yard' this dog will become a fence runner, barker, and/or destructive/aggressive. Given the proper education and work Jazz will be an excellent companion and protector. Jazz is crate-trained and he loves to play with his female dobie kennelmate.
