Jasmine

Miracle is Needed! Jasmine, a gorgeous Ibizan Hound Staffie mix is just under a year and weighs 40 lbs. She has so much Love of Life that its hard to imagine the cruel fate Life has played on her. After being rescued from a neglectful and abusive situation, Jasmine found herself in the arms and safety of a loving foster mom and her 5 year old female pit. Jasmine was thriving and SFTH stepped in to help find her a permanent home. When a strong heart murmur was heard during her medical exam, an ultra sound was scheduled and it was discovered that one of her heart valves did not open properly. The heart specialist told us that without surgery to repair it, Jasmine's heart will fail and she will die before her second birthday. Because SFTH is a respected canine rescue organization, the hospital will give us a 30% discount and her surgery will be about $2,000. So, for the second time in her life, Jasmine needs an angel to step in and save her life. In the perfect world, we can find someone who can help pay for this life saving surgery. Because we are a 501 c (3), this donation can be used as a tax deduction and SFTH will supply the necessary paperwork. In addition, we would love to find Jasmine a home where she can get much needed walks with her family. She loves people and is housebroken. Right now, her foster mom can only offer her a small backyard.
