Jake -adopted

***Jake has undergone eye surgery to remove excess skin tissue from deep set eyes. The procedure was a SUCCESS and Jake is recovering completely! However, Jake does have chronic dry eye and will require daily medication to keep those soulful, beautiful eyes lubricated and comfortable. Jake is WONDERFUL about sitting very still while medication is applied. This is an AWESOME dog now ready and willing to become a blessing to someone - YOU? ***

Jake is one of the most elegant, noble standard poodles I have ever met! He is quite tall and once he has gained to his normal weight - he will be a very large dog! Not only is Jake beautiful on the outside (gorgeous black curly coat); he is also one of the BEST personalities ever! Jake is housetrained, does extremely well with all dogs - large and small, and does not chase the cats. He is quiet and well-mannered inside the house and does not bother anything or anyone. Jake is a little timid; but as poodles are - warms up nicely and is very affectionate. He is also a dream to groom.
