Jake is an 18 months old black & tan German Shepard. Jake is very smart and very well behaved. He knows a lot of commands: Crate, Kennel, Sit, Lay down, Shake, Stay, Wait, and if you accidentally drop something on the floor and tell him to Leave it, he won't touch it.
Jake love treats, His favorite treats are greenies, and doggie popcorn. Jake also loves to play with squeaky toys, especially balls, he will fetch all day and night if possible. Jake will also let you brush him, but not for too long. He will get on the furniture if asked. He does not get into any trash, even if unsupervised.
Jake is in rescue due to a divorce. We are trying to place him with his brother Dixon, whom he's been with all his life. Dixon is a Katrina rescue.
