Just arrived 12/31/07. Owner moved into an apartment and couldn't keep him. Jacob is a pure bred German Pinscher out of a breeder who claims he's a miniature pinscher. ha He's 28 pounds so no way is he a min pin. A "big" boy but super nice dog.

Jacob is very sweet and friendly. Got along with all the dogs in the house right away. He's housebroken and walks well on a leash. Jacob will latch onto you and be your buddy once he learns he can trust you. He's really no problem at all and one of our easiest fosters!
Jacob is used to being around a family and children. He'll make a wonderful companion or family dog.

A fenced yard is preferred.

We do adopt outside the state of Ohio. However, we require the adopting family to drive to Ohio to meet/adopt the dog applying for. Should this be more than a day's drive, we can arrange transport with the adopting family driving at least half way.
