Meet Jackson! This young husky came to WAG after the death of his previous owner. We spoke with a neighbor of the former owner and got a little more insight into how Jackson behaves in a home. Jackson was the pride and joy of his previous owner. He has spent some time around large dogs and a 6-year-old child and did well. Jackson arrived with a small senior dog, who did not enjoy Jackson's attempts to play. Jackson is quiet, which is unusual for the breed. Jackson was born in November 2023, so he is still quite young and could use more training. Luckily, this smart boy is a real people-pleaser and will likely pick up on training quickly. Jackson will do best in a home with a family that can spend a lot of time with him. He loves to be the center of attention! He may also do well with a young, playful dog in the home to act as a good role model. Jackson is still maturing, but we believe his future adopter will absolutely adore this sweet boy!
