Jack- adopted!

This is Jack! An absolutely gorgeous boy who has only been in New Hope care for a week. Jack was born in April so is about 6 months old. He is a very friendly boy...this is what his foster home has to say: "Jack is doing awesome, he has adjusted very quickly to the pack. . He is housetrained and I have left him as long as three hours just wandering the house with no incident. He gets along well with other dogs and I am sure if the cat gave him a chance he would be best friends with her also. Jack loves to cuddle and crawls on your lap to do it. He truly is a perfect puppy." Jack also has a cool mohawk on his head from the natural wave in his coat!

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
