My Story

Jack and Jill have found a home with Michael and John in Brookline, MA. YAY!

UPDATE 4/9: Jack arrives in MA tomorrow so please apply for him now! He will be fostered in Westwood

Meet Jack!! This loving guy is 1.5 yr old a Black Lab Mix weighing 48 lbs. who was left behind when his family moved. He was left abandoned along with his partner Jill(she can be seen in the third picture) and their 7 puppies for three weeks without food or water in single digit temps before being found and brought into rescue. Jill and three of their pups (Nestle, Nilla, Nadia) were also posted on our site. Jack is described as having med/high energy. Jack is house and crate trained, gets along well with other dogs and has normal curiosity towards cats. He has been around children as young as three and as old as 16 and does well. Jack is very bonded with Jill but we think each dog will be fine adopted separately if there is another dog in residence. If someone wanted to adopt the two together, we would discount the adoption fee of the second dog by $50. If this loving/family dog is right for your home please apply for him today. His adoption fee is $375.

Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.

Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.

If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on the Paypal button below. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
