Jack

Jack is a 2 year old Yellow Labrador Retriever/Vizsla mix. Jack was born February 14, 2007. He loves playing fetch with his family and does point objects, but has never been trained to hunt. Jack enjoys playing with anyone or anything that will cooperate. This includes cats to children and becomes attached to people very easily. He has never been aggressive with food or play. He is out of his chewing stage. He currently spends the majority of his time outside in a fenced yard, but spends the evening and nights indoors with his family. He has had a few accidents and will need to have his house training reinforced by his new owner. Jack's family situation has changed and his owner will be living in an apartment where he cannot keep Jack. Jack needs to have a home with a secure fenced yard for his safety and exercise. Jack would also like to have a family with children to play with and to be invited in to be a part of the family and not an outdoor or kennel dog. Both the Labradors and the Vizslas are "velcro" dogs and need to be close to their human companions.
