** Adoption Pending ** Ivan is an extra-large blue Doberman with cropped ears that do not stand and a docked tail. He is very athletic and strong--a beautiful mover and he is about 6 years young. His coat is poor, but Ivan has no health issues--not even hypothyroidism, which is common in blues and many Dobes in general. Ivan likes people and he is friendly and affectionate. Ivan may be able to live with a large social female dog or he would be fine as an only dog. Because he is so big and strong and because he can play roughly we want to place him in an adult home with someone who has some experience with Dobermans. He will make a great companion for a moderately active person; Ivan has a medium energy level. Ivan walks nicely on a leash and he is crate-trained. He is a fun dog with a lot to offer a couple or person that likes to walk or jog with an unusual and intimidating looking Doberman.
