Issy is a mini shar pei who used to live in a house but then was sold to a breeder who kept her in a pen 24/7. After that he dropped her and her siblings off at the SPCA where she is now waiting for a REAL home!
Issy is a sweet and happy girl and she will no doubt enjoy being a pet again!
We urgently need foster homes for Issy and the other 4 shar peis that the breeder has left at the shelter.
