Issac (formerly Lesos)

Meet Issac (formerly Lesos) . He is a 6 month old (as of August 2023) brindle and white Pitbull/Lab mix. His birthday is 2/27/23. He was is about 35 pounds when we pulled him. We expect him to be close to 60-70 pound possibly since he is still going to grow for about 6 more months. He was surrendered to Memphis Animal High Kill shelter with his mom and two siblings. They are all with Pittie in Pink rescue. We pulled him on the day he was to be put down. It was so sad, but ended happy when we drove off with him! He is in a boarding/foster situation in Franklin at Waggy Tails with the rest of his family (Melhani, Aggie and Aries). He is dog friendly and has playtime at this doggy daycare and boarding faciility. He was so scared at the shelter and just hunkered down so they marked him as a behavior problem and not for adoption. How sad is that?!! He is ready for his forever family! Issac's adoption fee is $350. This covers vetting, including neuter/spay, shots (rabies, bordetella, and parvo/distemper), heartworm test, dewormer, and will be on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Also is microchipped. Issac was too young at the shelter to be heartworm tested but we will do this when we take him in for his neuter soon. We have also been treating his skin for demodectic mange, a non-contagious mange that is treatable with certain flea meds, like Nexguard or Bravecto.
