Issa is currently in Puerto Rico. Once adopted she will fly into Newark NJ. You will need to pick up in NEWARK.
Issa is going to be very shy when she arrives. Her adopter will need to be patient and let her come out of her shell. There is no better feeling than when a scared dog comes out of their shell and accepts you as their own. Issa needs a fenced in yard. Another well adjusted dog in the house would be great to help her gain confidence.
