Irondale is a 3 year old, 60-pound, Pit Bull Terrier recently saved from the West Valley Shelter. Irondale is a playful and friendly dog, but he has spent the last two of his so far three-year life at the shelter. As a result, he is somewhat independent and it takes him a little bit of time to open up and seek interaction with his handlers. He loves to swim and he loves to chew on tennis balls, ropes and kong toys. From what we know of him so far, he will likely need to be the only dog in the home, but once he finds his forever family he will be a wonderful and loving companion. Irondale is located in the Los Angeles area, California.
