Irma

This special sweet senior was found as a stray and brought to a local shelter. She was obviously a beloved pet at one time, and we don't understand how someone could just "lose" their loyal friend after so many years and not bother to look for them. She is understandably confused about her abandonment, but is very sweet natured and looking for a loving home in which to spend whatever time she has left. She is fine with other calm dogs of all sizes and is just a wonderful gentle soul. She is probably at least 12 years old, but seems to be in good health other than some arthritis that is being managed with medication. Please contact us if you can give Irma the home she deserves.

We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes or boarding kennels and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash).
