Hi there, I'm Iris! You can see by my picture that I am gorgeous, a sweet, petite chocolate lab with an infectious smile, a glossy brown coat and soulful eyes. What snapshots cannot show is that I am more than just a pretty face, I have a heart of gold and sparkling personality to match. I love walks and playing just as much as I enjoy snuggling up on the couch. I am a little over 3 years old and wound up in a high-kill New Mexico shelter after being used for breeding. Recently spayed, I am house-trained, crate-trained and healthy, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Although shy at first, I get along famously with other dogs and children (cats unknown) plus, I know how to use a dog-door. In short, I am everything you might expect from a lovable Labrador, and I am ready to find a forever home where I can share my boundless affection and enthusiasm for life in fun and relaxation.
