Iris

This beauty is Iris, she is a 5 year old Pointer mix. If anyone knows the breed, they know that they are amazingly loyal dogs. Iris is just that, she is smart as a whip and absolutely loves her person. She needs a home where she will not have to be kenneled at all, she is extremely scared of kennels. Somewhere she can sleep on her person's bed with them because she is definitely a cuddler. She does get along with dogs her size and bigger with proper intros but she would thrive in a home where she can be the only doggo. She LOVES car rides. Going places is her thing, she behaves really well in stores and walks well on a leash. Truthfully if there is a big rig driver that needs a road companion she would fit the bill perfectly! She has separation anxiety and takes medication for it. Iris has a lot of love to give so she needs someone who she can be with all of the time, not just sometimes. She requires gentle care because she gets scared very easily. While she needs a tight emotional bond for herself she actually would be a very good support emotionally for someone who needs it.
