While young children would be overwhelming, older kids aged 13 and up would be a good fit for her. Although not overly active currently, Iris is young and will likely become more energetic as she gains confidence in her new environment. An ideal home for Iris would include a yard with a physical fence, providing her with the space she needs to explore safely. She will thrive with continued obedience training, along with plenty of time and patience from experienced Doberman owners who understand her needs.
