My Story

We are so happy to finally introduce you to Iris! (DOB ~2013). We are looking for a long term foster or adopter for Iris. Iris was scheduled to be out down by Animal Control. A volunteer picked her up just before the deadline and brought her to us. Iris had some broken bones and dislocations long in the past that have healed and are not advisable to surgically fix. This little girl ambulances about the house and porch as she wishes in her foster home. While she gets around fine for her needs, she is not one to take on walks. She would do well in a quiet low energy home as great company. Iris is very sweet, quiet, and gets along well with other dogs and people. Please share this post! If you are interested in adoption, please fill out an application at https://www.floridacocker.org/adoptions. For more information, please call 813-245-1833. Potential adopters must have a verifiable veterinary history and should be willing to travel to the Tampa area for adoption if approved. ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS WILL BE CONTACTED. Posts are removed once dogs are placed.
