Ira

Hello everyone, my name is Ira! It is so very nice to meet you! I love to meet people, and although I may be a bit shy at first, (as meeting new people can be be alot for little me!), but give me time and I will love you unconditionally! I am a very easy boy who loves to come out of my little home here at the shelter to go on walks and enjoy the nice day! I am not super interested in toys, I find being with people much more interesting. Getting loved on makes me so happy! Sometimes I get a wee bit too excited and jump all over the place! I could use some basic training! I am pretty housebroken too, but I will need your help in learning how to alert you that I need to go! I also take treats very nicely, I really enjoy them. If you want to try some I am happy to share! I listen very well to correction, I am just happy to go along with you wherever we go! I enjoy playing in the yards next to other fun dogs, we have such a blast! If you have any dogs at home I would love to meet them through a proper dog introduction! I would definitely need time to adjust to a new home, so please give me plenty of time to decompress and feel at home! If you are interested in meeting me, I feel the same way!
