Indigo, our gorgeous 3.5 yr old, German Shepherd arrived as a stray. Our sweet girl is very shy (with a big heart) and needs a home that will provide slow introductions to everything. We can't imagine what her previous life was like. When she feels comfortable, she will become your best friend, she just wants to know you are nearby for reassurance. Additionally, she is semi-interested in toys, this can change in the home, where she is receiving one-to-one attention. Indigo could live with another large breed dog, that is well socialized and has polite manners. Her forever home should be adult-savvy with her breed or large dogs. She just needs an environment where she can adjust and learn. She truly is a special girl, and we can't wait for her to flourish with a family who can provide what she needs. At this time, she is to be in an adult only home.
