He does well with other dogs, cats, and kids. **Australian Cattle Dogs are highly energetic, intelligent, and require consistent training and ample exercise. We highly recommend researching the breed before considering adoption. They often exhibit natural behaviors such as nipping and herding, which often leads to them being surrendered to shelters when families are unfamiliar and unprepared.
