Ike came to BHRG from the shelter in Madison. He is approximately 4 years old. He's neutered, up-to-date on his shots, and is ready for adoption. Ike is one beautiful hound and is just a tad on the tall side. He's a rare "blue" basset - notice the gray wash to his coloring - and he's one of the best-looking blue bassets we've seen. Ike is super-friendly and is a real gentleman. He will place his paws on your thighs to say "hello", but he's very gentle about it. Ike gets along fine with other dogs and just has the nicest disposition. We don't know much about Ike's housetraining skills since he's being boarded in a kennel while waiting for either a foster or an adoptive home.
