I've had quite the journey to tell you about! My name is Ike and I'm a 3 year old, male Hound mix. I traveled all the way from Nebraska where another rescue group had me for a short time. They sent me here because they know Animal Ark does a great job in finding canines new homes. My problem was that when I arrived, my muzzle was all swollen. The Vet took a look and found what appeared to be porcupine quills in my nose! Ouch!! With proper care and TLC, I'm in fine form again and ready to go! I weigh about 55 pounds and the staff says I'm just as friendly and outgoing as any dog can be. Sound like your type?
