Meet Iguana!
Iguana is estimated to be around 5 years old and 55 pounds. She came into the shelter with an injury to her lip and nose in December of 2023 and has waited patiently for her forever family since. When leaving the shelter, they even got her a cake and threw her a farewell party. That says so much about what an amazing girl Iguana is!
Iguana is sharing her foster home with other dogs, and while in Texas, had sleepovers where she met the resident cats and did well with kitties. She rides very well in the car (we had to drive all the way to Virginia to pick her up, so she had quite the trip north!) and was a perfect guest for her overnight hotel stay! She’s been incredible in her foster home, and we just know someone is going to fall absolutely snout over paws for this girl!
Iguana is a perfect lady and she can’t wait to find her forever home. We are in the process of scheduling her spay with our vet, but are accepting applications for her potential forever home. If you’re interested in adopting, fill out the application below:
