Icabod

Casa's Icabod is a small but mighty dude -- under 2 yrs old and a mighty 7 lbs ? He tries to rule the roost! Icabod was part of that massive hoarding case involving 86 dogs. He is dominant and will 'defend' his space -- a survival skill learned from living with 86 dogs. But, he's fine with gentle dogs. He would do just fine being an only pet as well. Icabod does not care for cats. On 1st meeting he can be a little stand-offish, maybe even a little rude -- more of those survival skills he learned -- but, once he knows you're safe and trustworthy be prepared for some major loving! ? This boy loves snuggles! He sleeps snuggled up tight next to his foster mom every night -- and, when she's working late foster dad is a fine substitute. ?? Icabod is an appropriate barker -- barking only at the doorbell and those pesky cats. ? He has a wiry coat that seems to be low shedding. His left eye does have some scarring on it from the high levels of ammonia in his previous home -- so he will always have a spot in his vision on that side but it does not seem to bother him. Icabod's perfect home? One that will give him the time he needs to come out of his shell to love his new family. One that has no other pets or one other small & gentle dog.
