Humphrey has a big dog personality in his 18 pound little body! At nine years old, he is spunky and fun loving.
When in the yard, Humphrey runs around and investigates his surroundings. His leash skills are wonderful, and he prances around like he is definitely in charge! Humphrey loves to be with people and settles in nicely for petting. Although he is dog and cat friendly, he should probably be the only pet in the home so he can be claim all your attention and love.
Humphrey would be the perfect companion for a family that is looking for a smaller dog that is still active but is beyond the puppy craziness. Because of his curly coat, he would also need regular grooming to look his handsome best.
The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
