Howie is a very cuddly boy with people, he loves to give kisses but hasn't learned yet that jumping up is not the greatest of greetings! He isn't fond of all dogs that he meets, but does like certain dogs. Howie is not good with cats.
You may notice Howie has funny looking eyes. This is because he needed to have his wrinkles pinned back as they were folded into his eyes causing a severe infection. This could have led to possible blindness but Howie should have no further eye problems now that this surgery has been done.
Soon Howie will look great, his funny haircut around his eyes will grow back!
Howie has had a pretty rough go for his young life. It's now his turn to be in a home that will love and care for him properly. If you feel that you can provide Howie with a loving and caring environment please contact the Victoria SPCA at:
