Howie is a sweet, gangly and goofy 8 month old Pit mix pup. He is very well-mannered for a pup his age, is already house-trained, crate-trained and knows basic commands! He is great with dogs and cats too. He loves to play with toys and will contently throw them in the air for himself to run after!!!
Howie would love an active home who can continue with his good start and complete even further training. He would be a-ok for apartment/condo living and would be fine as an only pet or with other dogs/cats/small animals. Since Howie is just a puppy, he can get carried away at times (jumping up and forgetting to keep his mouth gentle), therefore he would be best matched to a home with no little kids for now. He also needs some work with greeting dogs on-leash but is great with dogs once he knows them.
