Howard

Howard is 13 months old. Howard is very sweet and loving and quite energetic. Howard came into the animal shelter with his city license and rabies tag on and the animal shelter has made several attempts to contact Howard's owner but they do not answer the phone or have an answering machine. Howard was picked up in the 600 block of S. Eisenhower. If Howard's owner does not come forward to claim him, he will be available for adoption on February 7th through the application process only.
