Hi! I'm Honey.
From her foster: Honey is a very sweet girl that loves to please. She is very easy going, but timid/shy to start. She loves her dog bed and her crate. She goes in her crate during the day whenever she wants and at night to sleep. She's only had one accident while in the foster home, but otherwise, she's pretty much housebroken. Don't let the sweetness fool you though, she's still got that puppy energy and will also sneak your shoes, kids toys, or clothes to chew on. She does very well on her walks to help curb the chewing/boredom. She'll pull a little if she sees something she wants to go see. She gets along great with the resident dog. She's curious, but respectful if the resident cats. However, she had a pretty strong prey drive for the rest of the outdoor creatures (chickens, squirrels, gophers, and even bugs). She's going to make a great addition to the one that adopts her.
She doesn't like our basement.
She will bark at the cats when she gets curious around them.
From the Vet:
Hi! I'm honey and I wanted to share some medical history with my new forever family!
I was previously diagnosed with a skin condition called demodex and I started on treatment plan. Things are already improved but I will continue to be monitored and finish the course of medications recommended by the veterinary team. My future family may want to establish care with a primary vet for me just in case I need any future care for my skin.
