My Story

Homey is a six month old bundle of love and joy! He had a tough start in life and suffered from neglect and abandonment but he is a resilient little guy! Homey has had a minimum of human exposure and home environment but he loves to be around people and other dogs. He is adjusting very well to his foster home and especially loves chew toys and sleeping on your feet! Prior to being in his foster home he was consistently exposed to children and played very well with them. He is consistently responsive to the commands come, sit, back and leave it. He also walks on a lead nicely and is crate trained. One plus of his minimum exposure is that he also has no bad habits - he doesn't chew human property, beg or dig. He can be a little timid at first but he is very quick to warm up once he knows you are a friend. Because he was just recently rescued he is still in the process of receiving his vaccinations and neuter. Like any puppy, Homey needs alot of exercise. He would be a perfect companion for any size family as he just wants to be a part of your world!
