Hi, my name is Homer. I am an absolutely handsome, hilarious Jack Russell Terrier.  I was adopted as a pup from the Humane Society in Charlotte.  I was so cute that there was actually a waiting list for me!  I thought I had found my forever home.  My mother took very good care of me.  While in my new home my mom started developing allergies to me.  I was the first dog she had ever owned. I loved and played with all 5 of the children in my home. She tried to just leave me outside in the garage, crated, but her allergies didn't get better.  So eventually, my walks got shorter and shorter and less and less until I was left in the garage in a crate most all day and night. I was confined way to much...and.. I love people! Charlotte Kennels heard about my plight and came to RESCUE me.  I am so thrilled to be here at Charlotte Kennels.  I play all day in play groups.  I interact well with other dogs. I am an exuberant JRT.  I need a furever home and family. I am willing to give 150%.  I love playing outside and being the center of attention.  I am a high maintaince, high return kinda guy. I am very obedient, house broken, micro chipped, neutered and fully vetted.  If you give me plenty of love and attention you will be thrilled with the results.  If interested in adopting me contact [email protected].
