Welcome Higgins! ***MEDICAL HOLD*** This big guy is 10 years old and weighs 29lbs. Higgins is such a good boy and a lover! We can never promise any dog to be fully housebroken, but he does well going outside. He's good on a leash and gets along well with other dogs too. Higgins just wants to be right by his people. He does have a low grade heart murmur that he takes daily medicine for. Higgins's adoption fee is $200 and he's being fostered in OKC.
