Herman, was a part of a hoarding situation in Muskogee, OK. Herman was the oldest and unfortunately the sickest. Herman was severely flea infest, he was anemic and on the brink of death. He required two blood transfusions to save his life. We are thrilled Herman is healthy enough to be neutered and be adopted very soon!
