Herbie

Herbie is a sweet little guy that still has some issues to work out. He was rescued from a high kill shelter and adopted out, however when his owner got ill he had to be brought back to the shelter.

Herbie was very overweight when he came back and suffered from arthritis and minor hip issues because of his weight. He has now succesfully lost some of the weight and is much more mobile than ever.

Herbie has possesion and food aggression issues, he does not like to share. This is simply fixed by not allowing him to get into things he shouldn't be in and by making sure he has his food and toys alone. Aside from not liking to share, Herbie is incredibly sweet. He loves to give kisses and have a good massage. He gets along with other dogs as long as they respect him and understand that he doesnt want to play. Herbie would do best in a quiet home with no children.
