Playful, Curious, Affectionate, Loves, Friendly, Dignified, Quiet, Smart, Couch, Vocal When Left Home Alone
This distinguished gentleman is Henry, a 12-year-old wirehaired dachshund. He is house trained & gets along with every person & dog he meets! Henry has not had a chance to meet children or cats. Though I believe he would do fine in a home with cats, as he barely acknowledges the other dogs at his foster home. He is far more interested in people!
Henry is low energy but enjoys walks & playing outside in the yard- then resting as close to his person as he can get.
He may fit in best in a home with no or older children as he can be protective over his toys. He may also not be the best in an apartment as he gets lonely & vocal when left home alone.
If you welcome Henry into your life, you will be greeted each day with his wagging tail & endless cuddles!
