My Story

Heart will melt your heart! She is a bundle of love and affection. She is so smart and willing to please it feels like she’s reading your mind. She is one of the easily dogs her foster mom has ever had in her home. Heart currently lives in foster care with one Cocker Spaniel and two cats. She has amazing agility and will jump into her foster mom’s arms on command. Even though Heart is a young agile dog she is calm in the house and will happily entertain herself with a toy if she isn’t curled up on someone’s lap. Heart can catch anything that is thrown her way; she sits on command and will give you her paw or flop on the ground for a belly rub. Heart doesn’t bark even when the other dog she lives with is barking – foster mom adores her for that. Heart loves her crate but can be left to roam the house as she has not been destructive. Heart loves the company of all people. Heart behaves wonderfully with the dogs she knows but on walks she can get overly excited so her foster mom is working with her on the proper ways to make new dog friends. Heart is even great in the car so if you’re looking for a dog that has the perfect balance of enthusiasm to play but in a moments notice is ready to snuggle then Heart is the dog for you.
