Hashbrown

Meet Hashbrown! This 3 year old 10lb cutie pie is looking for his forever family. He loves everyone, doesn't shed and gets along well with other animals overall. He loves to be with people and would be happiest in a home where he could go to a dog friendly office or with someone who works from home. His foster mom says: "Hashbrown is an absolute sweetheart. He loves people and wants to be around his person all the time. He is friendly with other dogs, but doesn’t seem to want to play or engage with them much other than exchanging sniffs. He's a very submissive dog and is good with all others. He’s done well with brief stints in his crate while I’ve been gone, and wanders in and out throughout the day when the door is open. He does well on a leash, but is very low energy and is not interested in taking long walks. He spends most of the time outside sniffing around and taking in the sights and sounds of Brooklyn. Hashbrown is currently transitioning to eating Just Food for Dogs Chicken and White Rice recipe and is enjoying it. He likes all sorts of treat flavors, but is only interested in them if they are VERY small. He’s a big chewer and so his favorite toys and treats are chewy - a Nyla bone, a Kong, rawhides and bully sticks. If he has these available he doesn’t chew anything that you don’t want him to. Hashbrown spends most of the day close to my side, asleep. He follows me all around the apartment and is always interested in what I’m doing. I think he would do great with any sort of family situation where there is someone he can be around most of the day. He is happiest when he is with people that he loves..
