Update from foster home:
Harvey is doing well. He is not paper-trained but knows to go outside for potty. He gets along well with the other dogs. He can sit , stand on hind legs, and 'stay' for treats. He likes to curl up on the sofa and to sleep on your lap. He loves you to scratch him on his lower back. He eats and drinks well. Follows you from room to room. All intact chihuahua traits. You can tell he's been through a lot inthat he does not wag his tail very often but it's coming along.
