We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters, so that they have more time to find a permanent family. Harvey just arrived from the shelter today, July 25th and is ready to ready to find his forever family. He is adjusting nicely after a long long transport to Arlington. He plays very well with all of the other dogs in the house and looks so cute with that fuzzy face.
