Harry and his sister Rosy were found on the side of the highway by a kind lady that rescued them and is now their foster mom. They need a permanent home soon though. They are a Sheltie or Collie mix and will most likely be medium sized when full grown. Aren't they just precious? They deserve a wonderful loving home.
