Harry was rescued by a kind caretaker over 1.5 years ago and he had mange. He is unfortunately having to stay in an outdoor pen, but we've been trying to find a foster home so they can get him house trained. He is heartworm positive. If we can find an adopter, we will treat him for heartworms. Harry is a sweet boy. He's good with other dogs and kids.
