Harry is so awesome! He's a blind 10-12-year-old, 65 lb Labrador Retriever mix loving his healthy new body & fun play friends here at Hollow Creek Farm Equine & Canine Rescue. He was a growth-ridden dog who wouldn't budge, and who glued himself to the floor, probably in pain, and he was a depressed and timid stray. But we saw the potential in Harry to shine. Harry can't see but he doesn't care & neither do we. He deserved a chance to be comfortable & loved. And look at him! He’s a big bright shining dog now. The fine staff at Foothills Animal Clinic removed all his lumps, bumps, and dangling things, AND, he had an awesome donor who paid his bill so he could potentially find a home to spend his final years. He quickly adjusts to new surroundings and does great in a fenced yard. He is getting along with Brother and Sister Dog (blind-deaf) too! Don't pass up the blind dogs, the senior dogs, and the special dogs! Give them a chance! You are missing out if you pass them up! Be like Harry, adapt, overcome, and have courage! Harry would be a perfect dog to chill out on a porch in good weather and warm up by the fire at your feet in cold weather -- adopt a dog in need!!!!
