Meet Harper! A vibrant 8 month old Shepherd mix with a charming personality and a sleek 45 pound frame. This lovely lady is wonderful with kids aged 9 and up, and she absolutely thrives in the company of other dogs. Although she hasn't had the chance to meet younger children or different kinds of pets yet, her friendly nature suggests she'd make a wonderful addition to any family. Harper is a pro at both crate and potty training, making her an easy and reliable companion at home. While she's still getting the hang of leash walking, once she's outside, she's happy to trot along. A fenced-in yard would be ideal for Harper to stretch her legs and burn off some of her playful energy. Speaking of energy, Harper is the perfect mix of playful and calm. She loves to romp around with chew toys and would benefit from having a canine sibling to play with. She may take a little time to warm up to new humans, but she bonds quickly with other dogs and soon becomes a loving, loyal friend. Thank you for choosing to rescue! ----------------------PLEASE READ------------------------------- Our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for adoption in New Jersey with stops in - Manahawkin NJ and Ocean City NJ. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. Our out of state adoption fee is $550 for adults and $650 for puppies. This fee includes: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm and flea preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, health certificate, and transport costs. As a Saving Hope direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
