Hi! My name is Harley. I am 5-months old and am black and white. I had a family once and then they moved away and left me behind. They had a fenced-in yard but left me tied to a tree on the outside of the fence with no food or water. Some people saw me when they were out walking and they went home and got something to tie me to the tree as well since I had eaten almost all the way thru my leash. Then they told some cook folks at a near by doggie treat place and one of the workers ran out and snatched me up. In turn she contacted SAFE Animal Haven and got me into a foster home. I was obviously kept outside all the time because I know (yes at my young age) to go potty outside and do not mess in my crate or in the house when I am out playing. I am such a great boy.
