Well happy made such a great impression on his fabulous foster family they have pretty much decided to adopt him! We hope he will become another adopted Rescue Shar-pei to this wondeful family very soon. He just has to learn to stop bugging the cat and then he is in!

Happy is a young male Shar-pei who is, well, happy! He has not yet been neutered as he has some skin issues that need resolving before he has any surgeries.
Happy has sadly been kept as an outdoor dog and his coat and skin have suffered from the elements. Having not been fed a proper diet has also played its part.
A proper diet, tlc, and a much needed indoor home should get his skin condition under control and may even cure it. The stress of being in a shelter is not helping his skin and he needs a real home where he can thrive.
